Shipping/Return Policy
Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days from the date of payment. Packages will be sent via USPS, FedEx, UPS, or any shipping company deemed appropriate. The tracking number will be emailed, to the address given at the point of purchase, once the order is shipped. We currently ship to Continental U.S. addresses, Hawaii, and Alaska (additional fees may apply to Hawaii and Alaska addresses).
Expedited shipping is not available at this time.
Once packages leave Etched In Your Memory, LLC warehouse, carriers are responsible for the handling and delivery of items.
Etched In Your Memory, LLC is not responsible if your items are damaged, lost, or stolen.

Customized/Personalized Items shall not be returned and are non-refundable. A non-personalized items must be in the original, unopened packaging and in unused condition to be returned. Any indication that the product has been removed from the original packaging will consider the product used. Personalized Items shall not be returned and are non-refundable. You must return the item within 14 days from the date your product was delivered. Etched In Your Memory, LLC does not offer any product warranties.
All claims related to the fulfillment of your order including, but not limited to, receiving the wrong item or missing items from your order must be made within 14 days of delivery. Claims are filed by emailing us at info@etchedinyourmemory.com and requesting a return authorization and instructions. We may request additional information, including photographic and/or video proof before return authorization is issued. If you do not reply to requests for more information from us about your return we will not be able to process your return.
We will only pay return shipping costs if the item(s) returned are a result of our error (e.g. we shipped you the wrong product), otherwise return freight will be the customer's responsibility.
All returned items must be packaged properly in their original box and packaging, including instruction manuals and/or accessories, with the return authorization number we have provided clearly marked on the return shipping label.
In the event goods are returned without a return authorization or damaged due to poor packaging, you may incur a restocking fee. Customized/Personalized products as well as used merchandise, without manufacturer defect(s), will not be eligible for refund or store credit. If any of the other conditions of our return policy are not met, we may only issue store credit.
If you are uncertain about how to re-box and ship the goods back, please contact us. We want to make sure the items you send back arrive undamaged and reduce the chance of you receiving any additional restock fees or not receiving any credit at all.
Please inspect all packages for damage or shortages immediately upon delivery. In the event that there is either visible or concealed damage, simply accept the package, but have a notation made on the carrier delivery receipt. In order to file a damage claim, you must email info@etchedinyourmemory.com within 48 hours of receipt of the package(s).
NOTE - In the event you receive something damaged please do not discard the original packaging. The carriers require that the original shipping box and packaging material be retained before processing a claim. No claim can be filed without them.
You should expect to receive your refund promptly upon receipt of the product in our warehouse. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, the time it takes us to process your return once we have received it, and the time it takes your bank/creditor to process our refund request.
We have done our best to craft a fair and friendly return policy to accommodate your needs. Occasionally we have suppliers who have more stringent and specific rules related to handling returns and damage claims. In these cases we may adjust policy and/or offer you instructions that fall outside of our normal return policy.
